📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various departments.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve organizational goals.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges proactively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
