📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough credit investigations to verify the creditworthiness of individuals and businesses.

• Prepare and deliver accurate, high-quality credit reports and recommendations to support lending decisions.
• Collaborate with the lending team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Use credit reporting systems, data analysis software, and investigation tools to streamline the investigation process.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit investigation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit investigation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of credit reporting systems, data analysis software, and investigation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certification in credit investigation (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Credit Investigator) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
