📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and JIRA.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including senior management, developers, and end-users, to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
