📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business processes,Managing and coordinating with various departments to achieve operational goals,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring and improving operational efficiency,Handling and resolving operational issues and challenges,Preparing and presenting operational reports to management,Ensuring health and safety standards are met in the workplace,Managing and maintaining inventory levels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of food industry operations is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian
