PRISM Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Staff to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR strategies to support business goals.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Proven track record of success in similar roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
