📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to align outlet performance with company-wide goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment, ensuring it meets our high standards.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Familiarity with the F&B industry in Batam is a plus.
