📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide academic advising to students, helping them navigate their coursework and ensuring they are on track to graduate.
  • Develop and implement academic support programs to enhance student success.
  • Collaborate with faculty to improve course offerings and curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure academic standards are met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of university policies related to academic advising.
  • Participate in university committees and workgroups as required.
  • Conduct regular meetings with students to discuss their academic progress and provide guidance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in academic advising.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic advising or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Commitment to student success and continuous professional development.
