📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation,Develop and implement food safety and sanitation procedures,Create and maintain menus, recipes, and cost controls,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients,Collaborate with the management team to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and leadership skills,Familiarity with local and international culinary techniques and trends,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
