The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and tax, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute financial plans and strategies.,Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with at least 2 years in a senior management position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.,Proven experience in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
