🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee experience roles.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and retaining top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR software.
