📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive customer success.
  • Improve operational efficiency by identifying and implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers on Stripe's products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-growth or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Stripe's products and services is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
