📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant's menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Manage kitchen staff and ensure efficient and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Keep up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid food safety and hygiene certifications.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
