📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement conservation plans for cultural heritage sites in Bangka Belitung.
Lead field surveys and documentation of heritage sites using GIS software and drones.
Collaborate with local communities to ensure their involvement and support in conservation efforts.
Organize and participate in heritage preservation workshops and training sessions.
Coordinate with government agencies and international organizations to secure funding and support for conservation projects.
Promote the region's cultural heritage through various outreach programs and events.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of conservation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with national and international heritage preservation regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage Management, Archaeology, Anthropology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultural heritage management or related fields.
Proven experience in leading conservation projects and managing teams.
Strong knowledge of GIS software and drone technology for heritage documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
