PT Duta Anugerah is looking for a dedicated Deputy Banquet Staff to join our team in Denpasar. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about event management and customer service. As a Deputy Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquets and events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and coordinating banquet events, including menu selection, guest list management, and venue setup.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met throughout the event.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth event execution and adherence to timelines.,Assist in inventory management and procurement for event supplies and food items.,Help with the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during the event.,Keep accurate records of event details, guest feedback, and any issues that arise during the event.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.,Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.,Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed for event setup and breakdown.
