📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols and procedures.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and standards of practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience in a similar role is preferred.
