📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in and online customers.,Handle inventory management and restocking as needed.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the Outlet Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.,Familiarity with inventory management and basic accounting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using office software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,High school diploma or equivalent.
