📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Operator in managing store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized according to company standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and support.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Monitor sales performance and report any issues or concerns to the Store Operator.,Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.,Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or store operation environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.,Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data entry and reporting.,High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business or related fields preferred.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
