📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Plan, organize, and execute offline events to promote ShopeePay among merchants
- Build and nurture a strong community of ShopeePay merchants
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase merchant adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Analyze event performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to amplify event reach and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service to merchants and event participants
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in event marketing or community management
- Proficient in using event management tools such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for event planning
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
