📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
