📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to recipes and standards.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong leadership and management abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
