📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage sales operations and ensure targets are met.,Handle cashier duties including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking as needed.,Train and mentor junior staff on sales techniques and customer service.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.,Familiarity with customer service best practices.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,High school diploma or equivalent.
