📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting initial and advanced recruitment processes to identify and attract potential candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintaining a strong relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates to help them improve their job search skills.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
