YIELD Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the retail sector. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to retail partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote YIELD products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
