📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, install, and maintain BMS and ELV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Integrate electronic systems with building infrastructure, including HVAC, lighting, security, and fire detection systems.
Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.
Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities.
Ensure all work is documented and maintained according to company and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS and ELV systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Certification in BMS and ELV systems, such as BACnet, LonWorks, or KNX, is a plus.
Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BMS/ELV system design software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus.
