📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms and public areas meet Hilton's high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory and supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Resolve guest complaints and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Participate in shift changes and ensure smooth handover of duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of housekeeping software such as HMS (Housekeeping Management System) or similar tools.
• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
