📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with Bank Mandiri customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.
• Process and manage insurance applications, ensuring compliance with AIA and Bank Mandiri policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and insurance policies.
• Collaborate with the AIA and Bank Mandiri teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance services.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new insurance products to provide the best advice to clients.
• Participate in sales targets and performance reviews.
• Attend regular training sessions and professional development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, insurance, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Asuransi) from OJK.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
