📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, promotional banners, and event posters.
• Create engaging video content using videography and video editing techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's identity and marketing strategies.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve to produce high-quality graphics and videos.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and videography.
• Assist in the planning and execution of sports events, ensuring all visual elements are cohesive and professional.
• Manage and organize digital assets to maintain a well-structured and accessible media library.
• Provide regular reports on the performance of visual content and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design and videography.
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
