📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing, and other facility equipment.
• Inspect and repair facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular facility audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in an automotive or commercial setting.
